ISPT has five Australian funds and one international fund. From inception, funds are created in response to the needs of our Investors, who are able to select the investment vehicle that meets their return objectives and risk appetite.

ISPT Core Fund

Our flagship fund with a sector diverse portfolio and geographically dispersed throughout Australia. The ISPT Core Fund was valued at circa $10.3 billion as at 30 September 2016.

ISPT 50 Lonsdale Street Property Trust

A special purpose vehicle created to develop and manage one of Melbourne’s leading commercial buildings. It is a single asset structure valued at circa $545 million as at 30 September 2016

ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust

A portfolio of non-discretionary retail based neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres. It is open ended and valued at circa $1.1 billion as at 30 September 2016.

ISPT Development and Opportunities Fund No. 1 (DOF1)

Established to achieve opportunistic returns from investment in property development activities. DOF1 is close ended and was valued at circa $50 million at 30 June 2016. DOF1 is valued annually in June.

ISPT Development and Opportunities Fund No. 2 (DOF2)

Continuing the investment principal of DOF1, DOF2 is close ended and was valued at circa $110 million at 30 June 2016. DOF2 is valued annually in June.

ISPT International Property Trust

A portfolio of assets valued at circa $10 million at 30 June 2016.
