ISPT achieves strong GRESB results for third year

ISPT has placed 2nd of the Australian Diversified Office/Retail funds in the 2016 GRESB survey, the third year a top scoring position has been achieved. Globally, ISPT has ranked 84th out of 759 Property Funds and achieved a GRESB 5 Star Green Star Rating.
ISPT’s rating of 81 outperformed the Australian regional average of 74. The Australian region was the top performing region compared to the Global average of 60.
