ISPT builds on global leadership position in the GRESB rankings
In the 2013 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) ISPT has been ranked 18th globally and 3rd in the Australian peer group of Australia / Diversified – office/retail.
Our strong performance and commitment to embedding sustainability initiatives collaboratively with our office tenants has seen us ranked number 1 in world for ‘Monitoring and EMS’. ISPT was highly ranked for:

• Stakeholder engagement scoring 81
• Risks and opportunities scoring 81
ISPT is committed to environmentally sustainable building practices and portfolio management that conserves resources to minimise climate change. Our approach is practical. It delivers real savings through reduced energy consumption, water use and waste. These are important issues for tenants of our buildings and their visitors, as well as our investors.
ISPT weighted average NABERS Energy rating for our office portfolio is 4.7 Stars as at June 2012.
The 2013 GRESB report is based on sustainability data gathered from 543 property companies and funds, providing aggregate information on 49,000 properties across the globe. GRESB benchmarking survey measures the sustainability performance of real estate as well as their total business approach to sustainability by looking at corporate governance, policies and disclosure and stakeholder engagement.
