ISPT Centres ranked in top 10 Mini Guns
– # 5 Richmond Marketplace in NSW with MAT $151.14M, a 0.15% increase
– #10 Barkly Square in Victoria with MAT $142.6M, a 36.58% increase and a jump of 37 places to be ranked 10th
Barkly Square has joined the top 10 mini guns after a successful redevelopment and tenancy re mix that transformed the 1980’s local centre for the Brunswick region in Melbourne. ISPT worked collaboratively with the local interest groups and our architect to redesign the Centre’s interior spaces in a contemporary style.
Sam Curry, General Manager, Retail Services said: “This redevelopment didn’t increase the overall footprint of the Centre, the success has been driven by improving the centre’s ambience, carefully selecting the mix of tenants and the conversion of a previously underutilised area of Council laneway. Once seen as an underutilised barrier to customers, The Laneway is now an attractive alfresco food precinct, complemented with a public arts and music program. ISPT has delivered a thriving Centre based upon a high quality and convenient fresh food offer, that matches the needs and sentiment of the shoppers.”
