Mandurah Forum: the Heart of the South’s Transformation
The new look Mandurah Forum has opened as the new shopping and dining destination in the Peel region south-west of Perth.
The $350 million redevelopment has increased the Centre to 64,000 sqm. Mandurah Forum is anchored by iconic Australian and international brands including David Jones, H&M, Mecca Maxima, Target, Kmart, Big W, Coles and Woolworths. The redevelopment also includes a new fresh food hall, a large indoor-outdoor restaurant and casual alfresco dining area precincts and 194 specialty retailers.
Sam Curry, ISPT’s General Manager, Retail Services said: “We are delighted to see this final stage of the redevelopment open and deliver new brands and retail offerings to the Mandurah region, expanding the choice for our customers and improving the amenity for the community. We see the new Mandurah as a very sound investment fit for the delivery of sustainable long term returns to our Investors.”
Mandurah Forum is co-owned by ISPT and Vicinity Centres.
