Opening of Cranbourne Park Redevelopment

ISPT is proud to announce the opening of the $110 million redevelopment of Cranbourne Park, the first phase of which opened in March this year.  With a 13,500 sqm extension and complete centre transformation, Cranbourne Park is the first centre in Australia to offer the combination of a new generation Coles, Target, Kmart and Harris Scarfe all under one roof.

This month’s opening marked the final stage of an 18 month redevelopment and introduced JB HiFi Home, a Cotton On flaship, Typo and Smiggle, as well as new restaurants and a state of the art children’s play area. As part of the ‘Cranbourne Kids Initiative’, Stage 2 includes an innovative, bush themed, indoor play area with climbing structure, digital zone, interactive games, and soft play for toddlers.

ISPT’s Core Fund Manager, Mark Bassett said ‘We are grateful to the Cranbourne community for their support throughout the project and we look forward to many years of success over coming years at Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre’.
