Project launch of Ascot

Ascot, Pakenham, is located on the site of the former Pakenham Racecourse. It is a $80 million project encompassing a 27-hectare infill site located within the heart of Pakenham’s town centre and adjacent to the train station.

The 500+ lot community was launched to the public on Saturday, 5 April. The development provides for an innovative mix of traditional and townhouse-style homes as well as public parks, quality streetscapes and striking architectural form throughout the project.

David McFadyen, Fund Manager, Development and Opportunities Fund, ISPT, said: Ascot has the benefits of the established Pakenham township which is not typical in a greenfield housing estates. This is an opportunity to live in a well established community on the doorstep of the retail and commercial town centre and easy walking distance to the metropolitan rail and bus network

Ascot is being developed by ISPT’s Development and Opportunities Fund No. 2.
