ISPT takes a broad approach to GRESB reporting

Received by the ISPT 50 Lonsdale Street Property Trust and the ISPT Core Fund

The ISPT 50 Lonsdale Street Property Trust (50 Lonsdale) and the ISPT Core Fund received GRESB 5 Star ratings for 2018, which represents the highest rating available and an industry leadership position.

50 Lonsdale was ranked 8th in the Australian region in the office category and 44th (out of 874) global property funds. The ISPT Core Fund received a top quartile ranking amongst global property funds.

In line with our commitment to owning a sustainable portfolio, the ISPT Retail Australia Property Trust was rated for the first time and has received a GRESB 3 Star rating. This provides an important benchmark to assess current performance and has helped us to identify improvement opportunities going forward.
