A special purpose vehicle created to develop and manage one of Melbourne’s leading commercial buildings. It is a single asset structure valued at circa $788 million as at 30 September 2022.

In November 2020, ISPT assumed trusteeship and management of the former Charter Hall CIB Fund. The Fund has a portfolio of Victorian law courts and police stations valued at circa $196 million as at 30 September 2022. In early 2023, the Fund was named the ISPT Community Infrastructure Fund.

Our residential mandate is valued at circa $258 million as at 30 September 2022. and our healthcare mandate is valued at $40 million as at 30 September 2022.
