ISPT acquires further interest in Liberty Place, Sydney
ISPT has acquired a further 25% interest in Liberty Place at 161 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, taking us from 25% to 50% ownership of the premium asset.
The acquisition extends our large-scale investment in the precinct and aligns with our strategy to increase holdings in prime office assets.
