Central Plaza to deliver retail offerings and work place flexibility

One of Brisbane’s signature buildings, ISPT owned Central Plaza at 345 Queen Street, will undergo a retail transformation with an Annex upgrade, introduction of a food and beverage hub and a copper and wood facade.
Occupying prime position on the corner of Queen and Creek Streets, the space will feature natural materials, sub-tropical plants and maximise natural light. Each retailer will have their own seating area, including an internal and undercover outdoor terraced space with seating along the Queen Street or Eagle Lane frontages.

ISPT’s General Manager of Commercial Services, says the upgrade is designed to draw people in. “An activated internal laneway will connect Queen Street and Eagle Lane, opening up amenity and transforming the building foyer. The redevelopment will incorporate Dialogue by ISPT; our high quality meeting space and conference room facilities. Also coming in 2019 is Flex by ISPT, a new flexible tenancy offering. Both these facilities offer freedom and adaptability to customers, letting them expand or reduce the amount of space needed on demand.”
Work on the Annex is expected to be completed by the end of 2018, with retailers opening in early 2019.
