Following our recent State Significant Development approval for Elevation at Greystanes, ISPT is delighted to welcome our first customer Bunzl Australasia in the 94,000 sqm prime estate. Elevation at Greystanes is one of the 9 estates and 200 ha in development across the portfolio.
Rewarding sustainable development
The warehouse is ISPT’s first logistics and warehousing facility to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built certification. This rating represents world-leading sustainable development and rewards the creation of healthy, productive, and resilient buildings.

This rating reinforces our commitment to ESG excellence, where the sustainability features will provide positive social and environmental outcomes, as well as significant operational cost savings for our customer, Bunzl Australasia.”
The approx. 23,000 sqm warehouse will integrate a 300kW solar system, LED light fittings, solar hot water, rainwater harvesting and smart electricity and water metering. The rating will support ISPT’s commitment for the base building operations of our 100% owned and operated properties to be carbon neutral, following ISPT’s recent 100% carbon neutral certification, and reflects an important shift in the way property is being designed and delivered.
