ISPT gets green thumbs up for sustainability

ISPT recently elected to have all 100% owned assets in our Commercial portfolio rated under the internationally-recognised Green Star Performance sustainability rating system.
We chose to transparently benchmark our portfolio and identify improvement areas in operational performance – something important to us as an owner and developer as sustainable buildings mean less greenhouse gas emissions, healthier and more productive spaces, and savings we can pass on to our customers.
We’re pleased to report that 50 Lonsdale Street in Melbourne is in the top 10% of buildings rated using the Performance tool, achieving a 5 star ‘Australian Excellence’ rating. Our co-owned properties 1 William Street in Brisbane and Liberty Place in Sydney recently took the global stage with a ‘World Leadership’ 6 Star ratings, and the remainder of our portfolio is in the top 20%, with a 3 star Performance portfolio average. This rating represents good sustainability practice across all of our buildings.
